Commitment to Safety

All About Concrete (AAC) recognizes that our people drive the business. As our most critical resource, employees will be safeguarded through training, provision of appropriate work surroundings, and procedures that foster protection of health and safety. All work conducted by All About Concrete’s employees will take into account the intent of this policy. No duty, no matter what its perceived result, will be deemed more important than employee health and safety.

OSHA CERTIFICATIONS

All About Concrete is firmly committed to the safety of our employees. We will do everything possible to prevent workplace accidents and we are committed to providing a safe working environment for all employees. All field workers complete the OSHA 10 or 30 safety programs and Superintendents and Safety Managers perform regular Site Inspections and continuous education with Toolbox Trainings.
As testament to our commitment to safety, AAC received the Texas Mutual Safety Excellence Award in 2023, 2024 & 2025! This award is provided to company’s based on the commitment to employee safety through Work Site Safety.

TWICE WEEKLY INSPECTIONS

Safety and quality are non-negotiable at our company. We perform comprehensive jobsite inspections twice each week, covering safety compliance, workmanship standards, site housekeeping, material storage, and schedule progress.

These regular, documented inspections help us identify and correct potential issues early, maintain the highest level of professionalism, and ensure consistent results across every project. This level of proactive oversight is one of the key reasons we stand out from other concrete contractors.

SITE SUPERVISION STANDARDS

We hold our site supervision to the highest standards in the industry. Every project is led by experienced, dedicated Superintendents who maintain constant on-site presence, enforce strict quality and safety protocols, and provide clear direction to the crew throughout the day.

Our Superintendents conduct ongoing checks on workmanship, concrete placement, finishing techniques, and schedule adherence. This hands-on leadership ensures superior results, fewer issues, and a consistently professional jobsite that sets us apart from other concrete companies.
